Sweets and berries. Most of us would associate foods and additives with the usage of desserts. But sweeteners aren't confined to this class. Aside from these fruits, the majority of the processed sugars are made from refined and hydrogenated sugar. Sugars come in different flavors and colors like white, brown, yellow and even dark browns. Most people would correlate these sugars with their sweet flavor, which actually are made up of chemicals and flavorings.

Snacks and berries. Nowadays, snacks can also be categorized into two different categories. They include snacks and candy. Candy is prepared especially for kids and is generally high in sugar. While snack bars and biscuits are such items ready for adults. These foods generally contain low-nutritional content due to fats and carbohydrates. But candies and snacks may also be prepared with healthy alternatives like protein powder or beans.
